  • Me: I’ve been thinking that its about time we buy a gun, you know for household protection and such..
  • Rach: What? How much is that gonna cost!?
  • Me: Oh, you can get a gun for pretty cheap these days. Probably around $300.
  • Rach: No.
  • Me: What? Why?
  • Rach: That could be a new pair of shoes! Pointy ones even!
  • Me: …
  • Rach: I only said pointy ones so you know we could still use them as a weapon in case anyone ever did break in.
